The vast majority of editing skill comes from the mindset of the editor. Not their technical skills. This module will dive deep into the minds of some of the best editors I know and how we can take their mindsets into crafting our first video together.

Editing is a lot like baking a cake. We all use different ovens (software) to bake the cake and those oven manuals (tutorials) are ALL OVER the internet screaming at you, explaining how you can use this one little oven trick to make your cake better. There’s only one problem. An oven manual doesn’t tell you how to bake a cake, it tells you how to work the oven. We are in the business of baking cakes and this course is the recipe.
